Before C.C. Monroe became the full-service event studio it is today, we started by creating luxury kids’ celebrations. As a mom of four, April  knows firsthand how meaningful these milestones are, and how stressful hosting can feel. You want the day to be magical for your child, beautifully put together, and enjoyable for your guests… while also being fully present for the moments that matter.

That’s exactly why we plan kids’ events with equal parts intention, creativity, and empathy. We understand the chaos that can come with parties. We know how quickly these years pass. And we believe parents deserve to enjoy the celebration just as much as their child.

  • We plan a wide range of celebrations, from milestone birthdays and intimate dinners to anniversaries, baby showers, holiday parties, and everything in between. If it’s meaningful to you, we’re excited to bring it to life with intention and style.

  • Budgets can vary a lot depending on the type of event, guest count, and how elevated you want the experience to feel. Most C.C. Monroe social events fall in the $15,000–$35,000 range, with more intimate gatherings on the lower end and highly designed or larger celebrations on the higher end. Once we learn more about your vision—how many guests, the style of décor, the venue, food and beverage needs—we’ll walk you through what’s realistic and help you build a budget that aligns with your priorities. Our goal is to make this feel clear, not overwhelming, so you always know where your investment is going.

  • For most social events, 8–12 weeks is a comfortable window. That said, every event moves at its own pace, some come together quickly, while others need a little more runway. If you already have a date in mind, reach out as soon as you can so we can make sure we’re available and give your event the attention it deserves.

  • While we’re based in Los Angeles and frequently work throughout the Westside and greater LA area, we’re always open to traveling to wherever your celebration is happening.

  • The cost of a C.C. Monroe planned social event depends on a few factors like guest count, scope, design details, and venue,  but a typical starting point is around $4,200 for our basic planning and design package. Once we learn more about what you’re imagining (size, vibe, location), we’ll provide a custom quote to match your vision and goals.
