Full-Service Planning & Design is our most comprehensive offering and the one where we truly walk beside you through the entire experience. Planning a wedding is a big milestone, and it can come with a lot of moving parts. Our role is to make the process feel lighter, more enjoyable, and far less overwhelming.

From the moment we begin, we take the time to understand your story, your priorities, and the kind of energy you want your wedding day to hold. Then we get to work: securing venues, creating budgets, building your vendor team, navigating logistics, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. You’ll always feel informed, supported, and confident in each decision, without having to manage every detail yourself.

On the design side, we dive into who you are as a couple and create a wedding that feels intentional, elevated, and honestly yours. We translate your story into a cohesive visual experience, from florals and textures to layout, lighting, and the tiny moments that make guests say, “This feels so them.”

The result? A wedding day that feels effortless, personal, and beautifully crafted, because you had an expert navigating every detail by your side.

Design-Only Wedding Services

For the couple who loves planning but wants professional design guidance.

Design-Only Service is ideal for hands-on couples who enjoy managing the logistics but want a cohesive, elevated design vision that feels intentional—not pieced together. If you know the vibe you want but need help translating it into a curated, stunning guest experience, this is the perfect fit.

We begin by diving into your inspiration, personal style, and what you want guests to feel on your wedding day. From there, we create a fully customized design plan including color palette, décor concepts, layout recommendations, rentals, florals, finishes, signage direction, and all the visual storytelling elements that make a wedding feel polished and memorable.

You’ll receive a detailed design deck and vendor recommendations tailored to your vision, plus guidance so you feel confident executing the plan on your own.

Wedding Concierge Services

For the couple wanting a trusted sounding board throughout the planning journey.

The Wedding Concierge Service is designed for couples who are doing most of the planning themselves but want access to a knowledgeable partner when questions come up. Think of it as having a wedding expert in your back pocket, someone you can call to bounce ideas off of, get vendor referrals, review timelines, ask etiquette questions, or talk through design decisions.

It’s flexible, hourly, and as-needed. Whether you're stuck on layout decisions, overwhelmed by quotes, or unsure what’s normal in the world of weddings, we’re here to guide you with clarity and experience, without the commitment of full-service planning.

This service gives you the reassurance and insight of a professional planner while still letting you take the lead.

Everything you need to know about C.C. Monroe Weddings

  • Our minimum wedding investment is $60,000, and most of our couples tend to plan weddings in the $100,000+ range. Once we learn more about your vision, we’ll help you understand what’s realistic and where your budget will make the most impact. We’re big believers in transparency, no surprises here.

  • About 12 months out is ideal. It gives us the space to be thoughtful, creative, and intentional with every detail. Of course, every timeline is different, if your engagement season looks a little wild, we’ll meet you where you are.

  • We call Los Angeles home and know Westside venues inside and out, but we’re always excited to travel. If your love story is unfolding in the desert, on a vineyard, at a villa, or across the globe, we’ll happily pack our bags and join you.

  • We don’t. We’re all-in from the beginning because it’s the best way to create a seamless, stress-free experience for you. Think of us as partners throughout the entire journey, we want the full picture so we can do our absolute best work. 

    However, we know some couples truly enjoy planning their own wedding and just want a knowledgeable partner along the way. For those couples, we offer our Wedding Concierge Service, an hourly, as-needed option where you can hop on calls with us to bounce ideas around, get expert guidance, review plans, or receive trusted vendor referrals. It’s the perfect “planning safety net” if you want to do it yourself, but not do it alone.

  • A small number. We intentionally keep our calendar limited so every couple gets the attention, care, and creativity they deserve. When we say we’re with you every step of the way, we mean it.

  • We design weddings that are intentional, authentic, and rooted in who you are as a couple. If you’re looking for something traditional or cookie-cutter, we may not be the best fit, and that’s okay! But if you care about thoughtful design, meaningful guest experiences, and creating a day that reflects you (not what Pinterest says it should be), then we’re absolutely your people. We love bringing celebrations to life that are impactful, stylish, and full of genuine smiles.

  • Our minimum investment for Full-Service Planning & Design begins at $14,000. If you’re looking for support with the creative side only, our Design-Only Services begin at $8,000. For couples planning their own wedding but wanting expert guidance along the way, our Wedding Concierge Service is available at $250 per hour.
